Percussionist Sheila E. has been literally living to the beat of her own drum. The amazingly talented musician introduced us to her “Glamorous Life”, has become a world-renowned artist and entertainer in her own right. Sheila, having played with countless major music icons; including Prince, Ringo Starr, Beyonce’, Lionel Richie, Brooks and Dunn, Herbie Hancock, George Duke, the late Tito Puente, and countless others, has brought together an amazing group of gifted and talented women to form C.O.E.D. (Chronicles of Every Diva). Sheila has a unique vantage point for identifying extraordinary female talent in a mostly male dominated music world.

This awesome ensemble has played for and performed with artists with majors such as: Sheryl Crow, Cindy Lauper, Macy Gray, Eric Clapton, Mariah Carey, TI, Jay Z, Patti Labelle, Stevie Nicks, Mary J Blige, Tina Turner, Diana Ross, to name a few. Sheila E: Born into the music dynasty of the Escovedo family, Sheila is the world’s most famous and sought after female drummer. Best known for hit singles such as “Glamorous Life” & “Love Bizarre”, which current friend Prince introduced as his favorite protégé. First female Music Director for late night variety show, The Magic Hour. Has also directed shows for Beyonce’, TI, Jay Z and Jennifer Lopez. Appeared in concert with Ringo Starr, Lionel Richie, Marvin Gaye, Diana Ross, among others. Nominated for Grammy and winner of an American Music Award to her credit.

Rhonda Smith: From the age of eleven, when she commandeered one of her brother’s guitars and began picking out the bass parts of Deep Purple’s “Smoke On The Water,” the Montreal-born stunner knew that she had found her true vocation. Canadian born bass guitarist, composer, performer and Juno Award winner has toured and recorded with Prince for 10 years. Rhonda was former bass player for Martin Short and Wayne Brady’s daytime variety shows. Has appeared with Justin Timberlake, Brian McKnight, Claude Dubois, Candy Dulfer, Beyonce Knowles, the late Robert Palmer and more. Has released a new CD project titled “RS2.”

Kat Dyson: This native southerner, with rock and blues in her soul, was lead guitarist and band member for Prince and The New Power Generation during the Jam of the Year and Emancipation tours as well as his electrifying 2005 NAACP awards performance. Has performed alongside such artists as Mick Jagger, Sarah McLachlan, Buddy Guy, Chaka Khan,TI, Carlos Santana, Stevie Wonder, Natalie Cole, Celine Dion, Ziggy Marley, Musique Soulchild, Patti Labelle, Mary Mary, D'Angelo, George Clinton and the P Funk All Stars among others. In addition to releasing her EP "Colour Kommentary", she has composed music for television and film and is presently collaborating and touring with Cyndi Lauper.

Cassandra O’Neal: Gifted keyboard player, composer and current Music Director for Macy Gray. Has appeared with some of the great gospel artist of all time such as Yolanda Adams, Kirk Carr, Judith Christie, Martha Munizzi, RiZen, Juanita Bynum and others.
